DAYS ANZAC DAY TOUR (TOUR AD6) |
DAY 1 - 24th April 2008, Thursday - Istanbul - Gallipoli Peninsula-
 13:00 Depart for Eceabat from Istanbul. There will be a rest stop half way where you can buy nibblies for the night ahead.
- 18:00 Enter the town of Eceabat where we will grab our Gallipoli goodies bag and home made pie for munching on for our drive to the service site.
- 19:00 Join the convoy of buses for departure to the Dawn Service site where we will grab a space in the large crowd and wait, listening to the pre dawn program.
DAY 2 - 25th April 2008, Friday - ANZAC Day Services
- 05:30 Dawn Service commences as the sun breaks the skyline behind the Turkish Sphinx.
- 07:30 While waiting for your bus to transfer you to the next service you can eat breakfast on the grass with the group or feel free to tell your leader that you want to go exploring; take your breakfast pack and walk the ridges and old trenches to the next service.
- Australian and/or New Zealand National services. (Service times for these have yet to be released) Lunch at restaurant back in town. Late afternoon Buses depart for Eceabat, where you will check into your accommodation, have a shower and a well-deserved sleep.
- 19.30 Screening of the Gallipoli movie. And parties around town if you wish to attend.
DAY 3 - 26th April 2008, Saturday - Gallipoli Peninsula
- 8.30–10.30 Breakfast awaits.
9.30 Documentary: The Fatal Shore
12:00 Restaurant lunch to start off the tour.
- Departure for Gallipoli battlefield tour of the ANZAC area. 5 hour tour visiting: Kabatepe War Museum. Beach Cemetery (John Simpson's grave). ANZAC Cove. Ari Burnu - first ANZAC landing place. Lone Pine - main Australian memorial. Johnson's Jolly - walk in the original ANZAC & Turkish trenches and view the tunnels.
- Turkish memorial. The Nek - main scene depicted in the movie Gallipoli. Chunuk Bair - main memorial for the New Zealand soldiers.

Already toured Gallipoli with us before? Then you could use the day to go exploring in the trenches.
DAY 4 - 27th April 2008, Sunday- Gallipoli Peninsula
- 7:00 Breakfast
8:00 Depart for a day of culture and sites.
- Fully guided tour of the ruins of Troy. Off to Assos, an amazing village with hand-built rock houses. Here you can buy your lunch at the harbour and eat with the view of the island of Lesvos in front of you.
- A stop off at TJs home village to see the real Turkey. And then back to Eceabat for your farewell dinner and show at 8pm.
DAY 5 - 28th April 2008, Monday - Gallipoli Peninsula
- 8.00–10.00 Breakfast awaits.
- 11:00 Depart for Istanbul. Bus will drop you as close to possible to your choice of accommodation in Istanbul.
- There will be a stop on the way where you can buy dinner. End of tour.
DAY 6 - 29th April 2008 Kusadasi or Selcuk
- After breakfast you will have F R E E D A Y to relax.
- Overnight 2.
DAY 7 - 30th April 2008 Ephesus
- After breakfast, you will have a FULL DAY TOUR of EPHESUS including lunch.
- You will visit Artemis Temple, Ruins and The House of Virgin Mary.
- Overnight 3
DAY 8 - 01st May 2008 Pamukkale
- After breakfast, you will have a FULL DAY TOUR of PAMUKKALE & HIERAPOLIS including lunch.
- After the tour, transfer to hotel. Overnight 1
DAY 9 - 02nd April 2008 Pamukkale-Fethiye
- Breakfast and check out. F R E E T I M E to enjoy
town and visit the Cleopatra Pool. Bus to Fethiye.
Arrive in Fethiye.Check in to hotel. F R E E D A Y. Overnight 1.
DAY 10 - 03th April 2008 Sailing Day
- Check out after breakfast and departure from Fethiye Harbour between 10:30 am and 11:30 am to Samanlik Bay for swimming & lunch. Butterfly Valley, visiting the valley,walk to the waterfall, swimm,soak up the sun.

Ölüdeniz ( The Blue Lagoon ) Last stop of the day is St.Nicholas Island ( visit the ruins, swimm, soak up the sun, dinner. Overnight 1.
DAY 11 - 04th April 2008 Sailing Day 01st May 2008
- Cruise to Aquarium bay Near Kalkan for breakfast & swimm Cruising to Kas where we stop in the ahrbour for lunch , visit this tourstic village,shopping & banking if needed. realx under the shade of a palm tree.Swimm and Dinner in a beautiful bay near Kekova.
- Overnight 2
DAY 12 - 05th April 2008 Sailing Day 02nd May 2008
- Departure to Sunken city Simena after the breakfast,
swim and lunch in Simena Gokkaya Bay where we
spend the rest of the day and dinner at the place.
- Overnight 3.
DAY 13 - 06th April 2008 Sailing Day 03rd May 2008
- After the breakfast we have a short visit to Pirates Cave before cruising to Andriace harbour and lunch.
Bus transfer to the archeological site of Myra and
Demre for St.Nicholas church.Shopping and banking if required.
- Bus transfer to OLYMPOS. Check in to Tree Houses.
- Dinner and overnight 1
DAY 14 - 07th April 2008 Olympos 04th May 2008
- After breakfast you will have F R E E D A Y to relax. dinner and overnight 2.
DAY 15 - 08th April 2008 Olympos 05th May 2008
- After breakfast you will have F R E E T I M E. Take overnight bus to Istanbul
DAY 16 - 09th April 2008 Istanbul 06th May 2008
